The ranch consists of approximately 900 acres, only 3 miles from the town of Ridgway, with extraordinary privacy and seclusion. The majority of this property is protected from development by an easement with the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation. Within the easement there are two separate building sites. There are an additional 90 acres unencumbered by the easement, which include another two building sites.

The main residence has 60 acres of irrigated pasture in front of the foothills that frame the whole Sneffels range. Springs, ponds and ample water rights insure a haven for a great variety of wildlife.

The original homestead is nestled on the south side of the irrigated meadow, surrounded by old growth ponderosa. The cabin, which was the original ranch headquarters, was built by George Marlow in the late 1800s.
